Collect Prospectus & Application Form
1. The applicant can collect the prospectus on payment of Rs 1000/- cash or draft in favour of Balajee Academy of Talents.
2. The applicant can request the prospectus by courier by writing to

3. Specifying their Name, Address and Mobile Number along with a Draft of Rs 1000/-
Submit the Application Form
1. The applicant should fill the application form with all necessary details.
2. The application form can be submitted at the Balajee Academy of Talents campus.
Include the Necessary Enclosures
1. Two Passport sized photographs
2. Self attested mark sheets of qualifying exams (for Diploma Holders)
3. Identity proof
